Beyonce - Mrs Carter World Tour London!

I've lost count of how many times in the past 5 years that I have tried to score tickets to see Beyonce and failed! But one must not dwell on past failures, instead one must celebrate the epicness that was the London leg of Beyonce's Mrs Carter show! Despite the fact that I nearly needed binoculars from my seat (next time I should sign up for o2 priority tickets), the vibe was electric, her talent was undeniable and my friends and I left thoroughly entertained!

Beyonce Blow Makeup Tutorial

One of the highlights of my week was the release of Beyonce's latest album and as I watched the visuals, I was taken by the variety and beauty of the makeup looks in the videos! One of my favorites is this look from the Blow video. Now, I am not a makeup artist, and I usually don't play around with this many colours on my face, but I was completely inspired and just had to attempt my own! How did I do? Video tutorial at the end of the post! I messed up a little and got the lip gloss on my teeth, left in for comedic effect but I'm pretty sure you can skip that step for your version! LOVING Beyonce's New Blonde Bob!

Okay, Im finally SOLD on beyonce's new bob, I gasped when I saw the pictures above - I just had to take a break from my Ibiza travel updates to post/fawn!  She looks so stunning with the cut (yes, I know she wears extensions) and it reminds me of how beautiful she looked in the me, myself and I video! 

I certainly wasn't wasn't a fan of the pixie cut that set the internet alight last week, and as a long time beyonce fan (cough *stan* cough) I didn't say anything about it other than to quietly reflect that it was my least favorite look of hers haha!

The bob flatters her face and makes her features look even more striking. Im glad to see that she is still giving the full Beyonce Diva experience even with the new cut as these pictures from V - Festival show. 

Sigh, I just love her and refuse to talk about the fact that I had a last minute offer of a free ticket to go and see her at the festival today. I just wont :-( 

Am I the only one who didn't like the pixie cut? What did you guys think?

My Tie Dye Bikini: Beyonce for H&M Swimwear

I was blown away by how stunning Beyonce looked in her campaign as Mrs Carter in H&M, so naturally I just had to HAVE one of her bikini sets for my trip to Ibiza! I was immediately drawn to the green tie dye print as bright colours tend to look nice contrasted against my skin. Plus each piece was only £3.99! So if you are like me, and tend to buy a bikini for each day of your holiday, check out H&M, I definitely think they have the best swimwear for their price range, compared to sayyy, Primark? I like to mix and match my swimwear so I got the two sets from the picture above, but now I wish I got the sarong and Maxi dress too! The tie dye print is the best thing about this bikini, the colour is so vibrant, the print looks near identical to the colours of the Mediterranean sea behind me, don't you think? It was the perfect bikini for a perfect day on Formentera island. For my cover up, I flung the white shirt

Beyonce O2 Priority AD - Old school opulence!

How amazing is Beyonce seriously? I love this advert for 02 Priority! I glanced up from my laptop screen to see Mrs Carter swaying towards me in magnificent opulence on my TV! *jaw dropped*! My friend is on O2 priority so believe me when I say we will be refreshing that screen like mad women on 21 february when tickets for 'The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour' opens 48 hours before general public release!

I still cant believe I haven't seen her in concert yet, I heard she flies around... did you know that? haha

BEYONCE SUPER BOWL 2013 OUTFIT - RUBIN SINGER!

oh my gosh! Its 1.34 am here and I have work in the morning but I just HAD to blog on the amazing performance that was beyonce at the Super bowl. I LOVE that woman, she is almost synonymous with hardwork, talent and perfecting your craft! and that body? My gosh, I really cannot be more in awe!

For her incredible performance at super bowl 2013 Beyonce wore an bodysuit by a not-so-big named designer called Rubin Singer. Obviously immensely talented, his Python, Leather and Lace take on Beyonce's usual leotard style was very different but awesome and fit in with her rock chick persona for the Super Bowl.

A sketch of the outfit is below, the version worn at the super bowl was largely similar but without most of the bottom half!

Although not commonly known, Rubin Singer has dressed a number of celebrities previously including Solange Knowles in this amazing draped white gown.

As for Rubin Singer, Im glad Beyonce's Super bowl Performance was an incredible way to showcase his talent to the wider public! He is not bad looking either :-P
